No one knows how many fragments it takes to reach lvl 70 yet so no one can do the math. I've done the math for up to level 30 however here: http://forums.gogames.me/forum.p ... amp;fromuid=2396455

with that math it seems like the 1k exclusive reward from the full bar is not that worth but either the 1k exclusive or the stones
