Polls like these can be biased on answers

Ukitake is great, mainly on the PVE side ^^

He skills every round due to fury regen, and deals a hefty amount of damage due to the high '%' on his skill, and he also gives quite the good amount of combo rate too! So any other supporter alongside him, well he'll gain extra hits of course ^^
By F2P standards (since he's tavern), I believe he's the highest damaging supporter you can ever get ^^
