Ikkaku Bond With Harribel Broken??

it states only main and ikkaku join the battle no less than 70% life at end of fight, I completed that with 70.56 and 72.45 on main and ikkaku and did not recieve bond unlock, I rank this multiple times ranging from 70.24-89% life on main and ikkaku still not bond obtained, I have seen people obtain bond without having the partner and i have her in partner list, in bond list and even put her in the bond attribute page whats going wrong here? I should of aced that bond more than once, I have completed this bond with said requirements for the past hour bypassing bloodbattles and even doing camp with my guildmates anyone got a clue as to why ikkaku's bond with harribel isn't working??

did u have zamp on??? cos that will fail it...   the hp things are   to have those partners only that receive the bond on team . no zamp on use and the partner i think has to be hit also (last thing im not 100% shure about)

i did this without zanpakuto on, did it where both main and ikkaku finished at 74-75% no other partners this bond is broken!
I can read the bond description without any problem it says main and ikkaku only enter the battle no less than 70% health at end of fight.      not sure what the deal is but this bond is just not working.

There are several threads about that issue, no one ever managed to activate that shit, pretty much everything was tried already. Myself I tried various things without success.
Either the condition is completely different or it does not work properly. Of course deafening silence of gogames.

Tried it again just for the lolz and it worked, and then i saw i was on stage 3 not  2. Pretty sure I already tried playing a different stage though, but with less life remaining.
So my guess is the requirement is like: "Ikkaku have no less than 90% life" on stage 3
