Topping up during it is fine, I highly doubt you'll get first but it's still probably fine.

I've never experienced this personally, it's always been instantaneous, my first big top up was 60k gold and I did it within 5 mins without any issues and got the gold immediately.

Well , I , kind of , played a little bit on the newser US servers , and i didnt saw any high-top-up player , so I am kind of happy to say that there is a chance

Daaaamn dude, my m8 topped up 20k gold and they had him wait while they checked a picture of his ID and that meant he had to wait through the weekend...
