Hi,

I purchased twice, 100G x 2, for special cultivation under soul cultivation, but did not receive the New Year Nel Tu, Minazuki Fragment, and Grimmjow Coupon for 2 times. I only apparently received the Hollowfied Cape Fragment.

I am at Eu S70, Character Name is Moopheus.

Can you check for me? Thanks!
