Kenpachi title says collect all 9 pieces. This puzzle has more than 9 pieces. I don't think it's the same thing.

Spending gold does not count towards the title. you must complete the puzzle without using any gold for the achievement to work

No. This event has nothing to kenpachi title. It's diffrent event, with 9 pieces, connected with kenpachi. It was confirmed by Sakai in other topic.

Nop i havent any SS but if i remember its the same puzzle but they did some tunning at this and the pieces arent about the puzzle itself its at the bottom kind of the points you need to get the super reward here, btw why nobody read in forum before do someting guys the first 2 of this thread i post in another thread that they didnt add the title like in UP they did the same and must give a title also, i gonna search in CN forum if i can get 1 SS (hopefully )
btw 1 SS of the Ultimate Power event there and this title give the same stats as Kempachi (you only need to be in the first 3 places, better than here huh):
