ubp crystal got reset

Hi, I am from Server group US56-63, recently our server had a problem which caused players to get the blackscreen, this issue however has been fixed, but now we have a new problem, it seems the fix had reset our ubp crsytals to 0, i personally went all in before the server crashed and had around 21k crystals, but after server got fixed, it was reset to 0, hope anyone can help address this problem
