I topped up for $50 worth in gold but I did not recieve any gold but the money got taken out of my bank account how do I Contact support the link on there page isn't working for me.

which method did you use to topup?
I used Gate2Shop and they claim they did not recieve the money but I already checked my account online and it went through so they don't plan on giving me my money back it seems
