Exploting Alternate Accounts

Where do I report someone in my server that is breaking ToS by exploiting Alternate accounts and probably soon to cause 1/2 of my server to quit playing?

in my server too there are some players who use alternatives accounts to win more points in guild war or alliance blood battle ....
and its boring to see that , people dont battle for glory lol

Just my 2 cents on the matter, I use a ton of accounts not only to help others but to test out different things if I can keep them somewhat around the same level. I'm only talking about maybe 2 extra characters besides my main account. With that said, using a bunch of extra accounts in guild war can do 2 things. Hinder you from winning if they are weak, help others get the 100 streak for the Title. Either way unless they are strong I don't really see a issue with it. You also mention about alliance blood battle and I have to say again, are you saying those on pretty much dead servers even though its not a major increase, should forget about bright stones and spirit forged accessories all together if there is no one else to fight legit?

Edit: In the OP's case they are more or less accounts of others that were leveled and are used to grief others causing them to quit.

Now how exactly do you intend to prove the accounts are owned by same person? And no you can't say "Just check their IP", because there might be two or more people using same internet connection, same IP and use different account.
Answer is; you can't and you are wasting your time and GG's support time.

Shadow=> i use my main account tu try tons of strats cuz i topped up in this one and some times i find new ways to fight , in the end all partners finish their evos etc...

i don't care about their strats to lvl and upgrade fast , but in my opinion it's you vs all people in that game

even if i created a second account when i lost my password .... but since i find that password the second is no used anymore

I get what your saying however not many want to be bothered with wasting resources to try every little thing out on 1 character / account when you can make another to level up pretty quickly I might add just to test out different stuff on. At the same time you never answered my question if, players on dead servers should suffer or miss out on some Titles and spirit forged accessories etc.. by not using extra accounts because of lack of competition / players?

However this topic is really about those that use characters that others gave them when quitting to grief the living hell out of others causing them to basically ruin the server and run others off of it, not about the actual use of extra accounts / characters.
