Question About Mods That Boost All Allies

I just got the 5th mod for Mayuri that is "Increase all allies Block Rate by 20%".  In the partner screen that shows stats, it is not showing an increase to Block for him or the others.  I also didn't notice a new buff during battle.  Do mods like that normally show on the partner screen with the stat increase or in battle as a buff or is it just a hidden stat?

The Mods only get activated during Combat.
Same thing happens with Oetsu's speed Mod.

Thanks, I was hoping that his mod wasn't broken after it was changed not too long ago.

Nope it should work just fine.

All halos/auras take effect in-battle. They also lose their effect after the partner's death.
