urahara shop and nanao

Hello,
Started today in EU S47.
I am vip 6.
I spent a lot of coupons in urahara shop but still see "spend 500 more for get the gift "
Ofc no gift coming if i spend 500 more

I am lvl 43 , with sado and 2 ultimate set bought.
Can't hire nanao coz every task is 0/2 0/32 0/1


Can u fix this thing ?
All my guild can't hire nanao too.
Dunno for the shop.

I have 2 ultimate sets and it still says 1 out of 2 everything else was cleared

i also can't get the ukitake clan building and purple stamina hogu

i dont know why it wont let me post my attachment .. please fix this

I did level 50 today.
Nanao unlocked.
Magic XD   ?

i could got the Yoruichi gift too.

Urahara shop still bugged. I can't get the gift for my 10k more coupons/gold spent.

Update:

Urahara shop After level 50 start to give me gift.

The only problem is i spent 15k golds before level 50, for buy spirit stones. And no gift.
Can i have compensation for that ?
