arena prestige

When I lot the arena chest it seems to give me double the stated amount of prestige. Is this a bug, or a "feature.:

Well I have a bug too.. When I loot my chest sometimes it does not give me prestige.. I mean it gives - as it is written on the screen- but the amount of my prestige stays same. It happens like 4-5 times already within these 2 weeks, thus I lost lots of prestige already, considering I am the No:1 in my server...

Please fix it.

If you go to your rank you can see that there's a daily deduction

deduction? Is there a limit for amount of daily prestige you can gain ?

For example; for my next rank I needed around 11k prestige.. I looted the chest, it says you gain 2k prestige.. But when I open my profile window, it still says "11k prestige needed for the next rank". I have never had this problem before (started this month - with 4. division captain rank)

Sorry for my ignorance.. I am still trying to learn the game..

Each rank has a daily deduction which increases with ranks, you will get stronger but you will need more prestige.
