Hi, your team is pretty balanced. Who you want to buy should depend on what you want to do.If you want stronger PVE get Urahara/Kenpachi.
If you want stronger PVP modified Urahara is your best option, you could also go for Retsu Unohana for heals.
Suggest you focus on PVE aspect and get Urahara and then work towards kenpachi/ikakku/uryu.
Side note, don't change your tank until 110 and get hollowed ichigo.
