soul tali cause stones are important even if it is a lv 1,2,3 it all adds up plus you can get reiatsu pills silver exp books from it too i would say outta 20 soul talismans i get about 1-5 stone boxes

Worst - Large exp books are useless since you can get them in other ways eg. reishi

Ok - Riatsu Cultivating Pill not a good exchange, since you get a bunch from campaigns etc. ( anyone that voted Ritasu Cultivating pill is probably with riatsu below 20. ). Riatsu Pills in geneal are bad since it takes way too many to upgrade a level, and they should only be used on levels 11/22/33/44/55/66/77/88/99 and so on.

Best - Soul Talisman is by far the best, simply due to the fact they have a chance of having spirit stones in them, i open about 100-150 soul talisman i get over a week, and get 10+ stones.

I used to take the reiatsu pill ... But now I take the soul talisman cuz it can give a lvl 1-2-3 (maybe 4 ?) stone box

soul tali all the way. at lvl 100+ reiatsu, those pills dont go as far so i'd rather chance the stones
