Which to choose a zanp or a partner

Hi guys have 10k gold now in couple weeks will top up to get 20k, and should i get sexy kukaku since i played on my server only 70 days and save and get a zanp from ubp or should i save up for a zanp like katen or tensa, but it'll take me couple months, while kukaku will take only couple weeks.
My stats hiki with almost 400k, oetsu kirinji main and stark. my stark almost has 200k bp he's quite op so am unsure am a lv 101 now, my current bp is just above 1.1mil.
The dates next to partners/zanpakutos are how quickly i can get them prob, pls could you give me advice, and suggest why should i pick one over the other.
