Better for pve?

So im getting Brenji.  My pve team is:   Kirinji (lvl 15 exclusive)----Sexy yoruichi(lvl 16 exclusive) zanpakutou: zangetsu                                                                                                                   SWP Kenpachi(lvl 15 exclusive)
                                                           Shinso gin(T1,then t1 all)------main(8th skill,ghost blade)
Now my question is this: who to replace with Brenji? should i replace kenpachi and give best gear to b renji and vg gear to sexy? or should i replace kirinji? but keep in mind that i dont have a 4th set of strenght stones,just some leftovers (1xlvl8,1xlvl7,and some lvl6,5 strenght stones), and if i would replace kirinji i should  get all the str stones from my main and let him with the leftovers and  infuse a new sword  since i would need a new weapon for main, with kirinji`s gear!  
As for pvp i have Yama (lvl13 exclusive,who replaces sexy) and should i inherit him and  use Brenji instead for pvp ? In other words Brenji is a must, so i would need to put some exclusive on him no matter what! tnx
