lvl 50 -> lvl 80 with infused spirit - inherit question [Copy URL]

i am lvl 73, have lvl 50 gear fortified to lvl 73 and infused to max level 20. I am farming for lvl 80 gear btw

i got an ultimate lvl 80 gear.

If i spirit infuse this lvl 80 gear nowitself and when i reach lvl 70 i do the inherit, ie lvl 50 gear(73 fortify) -> lvl 80 ultimate gear(65 fortify), will the infuse spirit on the lvl 80 remain as it is? or will it go away?
i know spirit forge of a normal gear resets its attribute, but does the inherit reset the spirit infuse attribute of the output gear?

the infused status will go away unfortunately

Infuse spirit doesnt go away or transfer on new gear, you have to infuse new gear from scratch and if you inherit stats to your new gear, old gear will not lose infuse.
