does anyone know all the ways to raise hit rate or dodge rate or how to not get stunned so much by characters like momo?

for stun, momo stun rate depends on her lv difference between the enemy lv
for hit rate, buy hit spirit stones, refine stat hit% and evolution that goes for dodge as well
