Purple Chest

Im not sure if this is a bug, and if It only happend to me. But I did not received the purple chest that should've been in my inventory for 10-15 min ago. I did checked my backpack, and there was nothing there.. Im also not sure if that happend only to me, but I did received yesterday's chest, but not today's.. ( I will attach some screenshoots even tho they dont say anything..)

Did you mean arena crest??? The arena crest will be automatic added to your char. It contain 3 purple material equipment ( for forge ) , silver and prestige. Only purple material equipment are given on your backpack ( backpack > Material ). Silver and prestige are added automatic to your protage.

Even if thats the case. I did not received any prestige or any silver. If I received the prestige the chest had in it, my rank would've been 11th Division Lieutenant.

Try to refresh your browser. If that didn't fix it,you should send an email to [email protected] since Admin rarely check forum

I tried restarting my computer too, nothing happend.. And now I need to wait 24h again for new chest :/

same thing happened to me too!!! purple chest not rexceived... sent email, but still no answer..

im not getting my purple material i open the chest and nothing happens its pissing me off cause i saved all til lv 50 and i got shit!
