ya, but there is 2 points of view
1) if yama can fury after kisuke t1 and kill them all, so no need change formation, remember yama is slow as hell, but a indeed a killing machine.
2) as you say you have muramasa you got more beneficial in support line, speed + dmg passive + round 1, 4 and 7 (add a extra speed + dmg support line), where be fastest or slow, dont affect a lot here also where my points is yama no get a full beneficial with muramasa.

hmm im confused right now haha

as Miken97 say, speed really dont matter on pve (they are slow as hell ), but in some case on pvp, it matter

and if you are going for t1 with kisu you should put your fury stones on main and yama to reach 63 becouse of the chance that kisuke gives 37 fury and not 25 so u can probably attack with main first or yama or even both coz thats what im doing right now

i want oetsu to hit cause im based on supports my oetsu its a beast
