You can get the immune control skill, on Soul Map 2 "Soul Point 14", to avoid it.
But that only helps assaulters, but it will help greatly, if you have problems VS Ishida.

boringstuff does have a point, cuz at the very least, 2 assaulter units and the fourth skill can take out Ishida
