already did that and no answer yet my friends fb account was taken and he wanted to know if gogames could get it back and probly put it to his new fb cause he has spent alot of money on that acount

well not necessary maybe you're friend can still get it but he will have to prove he is the owner of the account. if he has for example still got the email off the account that would be something also if he can show all the transactions details he has made that would probably count to. If he has neither of those then its a lost case. But if he can show those 2 identifications i think thej could change the email addres for him you would have to make a new one ofcourse but he would get his account back. Also you gonna have to be patient a response on a ticket could take 1-2 weeks i don't think gogames has many staff.
