Hard to make up my mind and settle with just one so got to mention a few of them..
Among the espada it got to be Grimmjow, just gotta love his attitude shown in most episodes, specially that part where he blast through the wall and saves Orihime from the bitchy arrancars with the Aizen complex.

Then again I really like Coyote Starrk lots, reminds me of myself in some ways, laid back and rather just chill than wasting his energy fighting like his similar counterpart Shunsui Kyoraku wich I also would add to this list.

Hisagi Shuhei, wish to see more of this badass!

Last but not least Kurosaki Ichigo. How could you not like him.
He's a beast And this vasto lord form of his, pure awesomeness!!
