+Level 90-109 Advice request

Dear fellow Gamers

Since a while I have been in the game and I understand most of its mechanics, but beyond level 70 I began to struggle to keep up with the rest
and to keep my team as effeciently as possible. Automatically as normally everyone should I took a grip to guides. This gave me so good insight
to what to head for until level 90. But right now I hit a wall that I can't seem to breach even with advice of those upon my server. There are too many
different opinions. I know there is no "one line/one way to be good" in the game. I am aware of that there is no "do this and it will be fine" unless we talk about investing more money.

The information:

Level: 94
VIP: 4
Battle Power: +/-760.000
Team Formation: 1-3-1

Team build up:
V - Komamura Sajin (Tavern)
A - Main Character: Ghost Blade / Ikkaku Madarame (Tavern) / Yamamoto Genryusai (Soul Cultivation reward)
S - Kirinji (shinigami Agent reward)

Zan: Zabimaru

Other available Characters: Momo (Tavern), Rukia (Tavern), Renji(Tavern), Ichigo (golden), Matsumoto (reward), Shin Toshiro, Chad (Tavern), Nemu (Tavern)

Gold Reishi: 1200

Seen a few examples of assembled formations and teams, but it gives me honestly great doubt of what I should do. I normally never post on forum. I prefered not to do this, but after long consideration and many readings I still am
partially clueless. So I honestly ask your advice on how I should advance and if there are any additional tips for improving my Battle power that I might have overseen as well.
As it is lower then it should be.

save up golden reishi for h.ichi (quite obvious) and if you arent satisfied with his def at that point work toward making him red if you have speed stones and srategy then dump it all in kirinji as his skill can mess up the enemy quite a bit

I know that H.ichi is next vanguard to take, but i thought there might be something i should do in between.
Kirinji speed is logic too. of course. Thanks for the information. Any more advice or tips are always welcome.

if you're not stacking vit, then try to push evo on ikkaku first, then kirinji and yama / no need to raise koma too much as you're planning to replace him at lvl 110.

a second PVE assaulter could be also nice to replace yama for RA and ES (Tavern Ken for instance)
finally, you may consider using fury builder(s) to improve damages in PVE (Cute and Kisuke for instance)

Kaze is better than Zabi in a 1-3-1 formation for PVP (speed + buff) / fortify it as much as you can
