If a partener doesn't have let's say +10% dodge can surpass 90% and i get extra dodge rate but i already have 90% does it surpass that limit?

I would say block for defensive partners like Mayuri and vanguards or damage rate are the best ones to get.

My Yachiru has over 309% damage rate.
