If you upgrade a partners quality and someone else has that partner and you veiw their team it will show them having same quality as the one you have.
Example: i have red quality hollowed ichigo. i veiwed someone who just got hollowed ichigo and she/he says it's still Yellow quality. but it shows up red for me.This does not apply to in combat.
