Silver, Gold, and Coupons GONE!!!

Dear Admin,

First of all I want to sa Good day to you. However I came here to report about missing Gold, Silver, and Coupons. At first I lost 100+ coupons but I just ignored it maybe I use it up to something, but now I lost Silver, Gold, and Coupons without doing anything. How is it possible doing nothing and lost those comsumables? I just want to know where did that things go. Will I don't have any screenshoot for you to see to make you beleive but I know for sure you have LOGS to look unto. Please don't ignore this things because this might give you big problems in upcoming days. If you can make things possible, please give those thngs back to me. I've lost my eagerness to play this game anymore because of this bugs.

A quick question,  Do you happen to click on Auto Join for some of the events?  Such as Guild Wars, etc.  If so they do use gold/Coupons to auto enter you.  That could be it.  If not I'll get the Dev's to look in to this asap

No, there are no current event at that time. I am doing arena battle and fortify my equipment, also I don't use gold to speed up the cooldowns, I just wait because I am also playing other browser game. I am done doing daily quest at that time.
