I think it would be a great idea to implement random events, at different times, each month or based on holidays.

These events would not be top events but interactive events like reoka and ES.
They will appear randomly each month, changing, and even an extra one like it during holidays.

The type of event could simply be random events thought up by the board to implement but not sure what would work.
So each month they sling one out in a month trial as a monthly SP event and get feed back.
