Friend Is Getting Locked Out of CSB

So this has happened the past CSB's as well, and it usually happens after CSB fuqs up and changes the people we are paired with mid-CSB. On the 4th day of the new CSB, we got paired with some new people, and for 2 days now my friend hasn't been able to log in to CSB. He registers everyday and is usually #1 in our CSB so he wouldn't forget something like registering. I'd like to offer more info, but I'm not him and he has a problem to where he can't post in forums for some reason. So please ask me and I'll try to get his answer through. If anyone has experienced this and solved this problem, we would like to know. He's at 6k Inferno, and we'd all like to see him get Muken Aizen

yo spajeddi I'm in your csb realm tbh its doing this to about 20 ish people
facebook servers and the normal servers through gogames play together on a regular basis however the csb realm for facebook servers and gogames servers are different and something has to be going on with the code somewhere that is throwing people between each csb realm.
