3. Players can use bells to exchange rewards including Zanpakuto,Game items, Partners and Greeting Cards, exchanging rewards will consume bellsbut the amount of bells collected on the ranking list won’t be deducted

where is the event some ppl might ask i guess its on december 26th or wont even be here thanks to other events that were on december 21st...so now i want an answer where is the event?!?!?!

There was never any 'Wish' thing on the servers I play on, nothing about bells either. Just UBP. None of these 'Xmas Carnival' things have happened on the servers I play on...
