I already try your suggestion.

After wave 51, it's too much hassle to swap 2 chars: rukia with unohana; 3rd assaulter to VG at middle of event (I lost around 5mins doing so... and the moment I finish swapping partner it's already around wave 55, maybe if 1 char is still acceptable with 2-3mins swapping time)

And unohana isn't great at my case, only at earlier 50 waves koma can take damage for 2 turns, after around wave 54 or so koma mostly died if he is not blocking, and having her healing the assaulters won't help (my assaulter total hp is below 200k and at the next turn ryoka hits me more than 200k)

I guess my koma's block not high enough, even my sado can survive more turns than him

isn't it just a matter of
formation ->drag drop - 2 times
partner-> remove all , equip 6
formation ->drag drop - 2 times
partner-> remove all, equip 6

though i have reached lvl 51 only once lol and that was at the 29th minute 30th second

i dont do that cos i havent reached wave 51 yet. but i wouldnt want to do that if i reached lvl 51 and if i have just 5 min in hand. you can try just swapping the gear(which u can do without leaving the game) and see if u can withstand wave 51, if yes then you save those 5 minutes.

I see what you mean, if your vg can't take the first hit and survive there is no point for a healer, as for me i do it in 2 times, one change around wave 52-53 by replacing ikkaku with koma since they share the same gear. Then puting unohana around wave 55.

I just exchange gears accessories and hogus, i don't bother exchanging souls nor hogyoku. with this formation i can still have some kills till wave 60-61 then my vangaurd just get blasted.

Again if koma can't block starting wave 55 and more, there is no need of a healer
