Don't know if m right, but for example after jakka's effect i.e. increase in asualters att and then hiki's skill! does the two attack effects not stack??

rebate no relation with nerf events, if u want go make own company n publish it u afraid enemy can destroy u easy with this rebate

not 100% sure but I think that buffs stack at russian server
