lvl 80 help

i've recently reached lvl 80 and want to raise my battle power. who should i recruit to make it easier to get the cold flame armor for my characters.

my current formation is renji, sajin, orihime and youroichi and my main

change renji for ikaku, and get rukia/urahara kisuke as pve supports. also switch your sajin's gear to your renji's one when you're doing pve. for max damage on evil spirit and ryoka.
also when lvl 90 change inoue for unohana as healer, and switch renji as pve supports for kenpachi.
so at lvl 80 pvp: inoue-yoruichi-main-ikaku-sajin and pve: rukia-kisuke-main-renji-ikaku
at lvl 90 pvp switch unohana for inoue. and pve switch kenpachi for pve.

for pve events just change gear acc etc to your 3rd assaulter. everything should be a fit. or you got a spirit blade assaulter such as grimmjow from special war powers.
and for supports just change pvp supports gear acc etc, to your pve supports everything should be a fit.
also just a tip, no need to take it in, but if your vg doesn't have hit/crit stones. u might get a spare set for when u change it, to your pve supports. since when u do do this what i tell u, u want to change dodge/wisdom stones for crit/hit from your vanguard to your assaulter and when u switch back to pvp just switch crit/hit from your assaulter for wisdom/dodge for your vanguard.

but just a tip. to do maximum damage in ryoka/evil spirit.
