Top up 3 times, no gold

Hello there, im on server 487Eu and i just tryed to top up once and it always works, i have droped over 500$ on this server and never had a problem before. well i just tryed to top up and it didnt show any gold on my account. i then tryed to topup again and then one more time for a total of 3x10$ transactions, yet still no gold but my bank statments shows the money has gone through to you guys at joyfun. now i want the gold within the next 5hrs for this event that i spcifically wanted to topup for, or i want my money back asap. talk soon i hope.
