Extra recovery rate

yo guys,
changing a mod to extra recovery rate
does that mean a vanguard can recover 10% hp per round,per skill?
or is it only for 1 time?

Recovery rate increases your healing received, so if you're using Noza and have the Hyorinmaru 25% o ...

unfortunately i'm running noza with senbon
my set up is:
tavern unohana,shini kensei,brenji,main and noza

The logic still applies, it's a 10% increase to whatever healing you have, not a 10% of hp heal pe ...

If you get the vampirisme heal on his enchant, it'd increase his healing by quite a bit(with a couple or more mods I believe).
It is best to get block mods on Noza.
