failed to initialize, please refresh the game problem

the title tells it all. I've been trying to get into the game for an hour and countless times have I refreshed the browser whenever the problem happens. Honestly, I dont know whether the fault is mine or it just the game has been messing with me. I hate when it happens especially during the daily events. It happens quite a lot. One time it works, and the other don't. Sometimes I even wonder whether if I post something in here u (support) even read it or not

im also having the same problem as you..whatever task i click will cause the loading to freeze then you cant connect after you refresh the page..

I'm also experiencing the same issue. I doubt that they read our post in terms our opinions and suggestion about this game its so disappointing! sleepy:

same here...an hour has passed and still cant get through game ini thing  zzzzz, i kept on refreshing hoping to get past 100%, btw internet is just fine
