Wrong User Name or Password

Hi I hope anyone can help me?

I kept getting error prompt of (Wrong User Name or Password) DESPITE getting the email to change my password many times, clearing my cache and rebooting or using different browsers...and when i tried registering a new account I kept getting this error prompt (User name between the 6-16 characters) even though the names I chose are within 6~16 characters...

I dont face these kind of problems with other online games login interface so its definite your login page interface...i hope the game admin can help advise?
