Top-up Card
Used in Top-up events, it can increase your topped up amount but won't give you Gold(Top-up rebate event excluded)

for example you can save up 40.000 worth of topup cards and use during ultimate charge getting the partner and if you stay at the end #1 40.000 gold return

not really depending on how many cards you can hold in your backpack, if you don't have enough room to save up 40K worth, you will suffer lol.  That has to take up a lot of space.  If it's 999 per slot then 40 slots needed to be free.  High rankers/payers of the game will survive it however.

Bankai Shunsui, will be nice for mid level players if they get him, high rollers, I'm not sure if they will take a chance on him.  He only hits strongest partner...that's not gonna work for big players who have a well rounded powerful team altogether.  He sucks in my opinion.  Come after my highest BP player, I have 3 more you have to deal with...lol.  Adult Toshiro is his achilles heel, if he is not faster than him, Toshiro freezes him and he's useless.  You get your ass handed to you quickly...

More than his skill, his 4,5,6th modify is crazy.
If he'll go first, it's just 1 hit 1 kill. If he's slower than and get just an attack from enemy's zanpakuto, then their team is screwed up
