ya, pretty sure those all overlap, on the otherhand, 30% more block on muken would make him a nice mini van

Cute orihime decreases tensa's dmg rate buff so cute with tensa does not work
the 30% block from her though, could help you with a 0-3-2 formation in events.

muken's mod buff is invisible (doesn't show as icon) so as far as I know it can't be overwritten

If you dont have anything better then sure it can.
I personally use her with tensa and muken in ryoka (not ES because the muken dmg is too high and I am too lazy to lose silver over trying to balance it properly, especially now when I cant attend it during the week because of part time job, so I use my old formation with B. Renji there.)
She might overwrite the damage buff of tensa but it is not that much of a tragedy and that block is useful, especially if you are running 2-3-0.
I am using shinso, cute ori, muken, main with 8th skill + noza in ryoka with tensa zangetsu and I can oneshot till ryoka have like 1,8 bil hp.

Also muken selfbuff is visible, although for some reason it has the same icon as damage rate buff even though he buffs his attack power. Doesnt matter really though, because he buffs his attack and not damage rate, cute orihime cant overwrite it so dont worry.

mukens last mod isnt visible, the buff symbol u talking about is his avoid injury increase (Attack all enemies, growth rate 220%, reduce enemies speed by 20% for 1 round, randomly increase 1 ally fury by 70 increase own avoid injury rate by 20% for 1 round, recover own fury by 70) it has the same symbol as dmg rate
