So I decided to return to the game after a long break and I logged into the server I played on, but my character is missing along with my VIP status that I had.
I'm aware of the server merges that happened and I have logged into all the servers that were associated with my server merge group, but my character and VIP status
was not on any of the servers associated with my server merge. Because of this I ended up starting a new character with a shortened version of my original character name.I would really like to get my character back and VIP status as I spent a lot of money to get what I had.
Can an official representative from GOGames.me please respond and help? If the character can not be retrieved then can I at least get my VIP status and approproiate gold amount restored to my new character?
