If you want to save silver, reinforce your Lv60 Aquaria set to Lv159 without upgrading it in Shurata's Shop, by doing so, you save ~20bil silver, but the down side is, you'll be weaker then those whom have upgraded in Shurata's Shop.
This is usually done on your seond, third, fourth and/or fifth set.
