Who is better in Special War powers? Upgraded Bankai Renji or Ulquiorra

Me and a friend of mine had a disscussion on who would be better to get. I already have the first state of Renji in special war powers. Should I go for the Upgrade or wait for ulquiorra?

It depends on if you're looking for a pvp or pve partner. Upgraded Renji will be better at pve especially if you get his mod that does damage when he dies and ulquiorra will be better a pvp. I'd go for ulquiorra but only if you plan on upgrading him because although he's pretty good in first form he's an absolute beast when upgraded. Personally, i'd also recommend not going for renji even if you're looking for a pve partner because grimmjow is a lot better for pve.

Girmmjow, Nel, and Kenpachi are mostly best for pve, tho they are also good for pvp, but ulq, Aizen and toshiro(sorry if i misspelled his name) are better for pvp
every tho my team will be  vg: kenpachi, alt: main, renji and grimmjow, supp: Nel. the reason renji dose a lot of damg, grimmjow keeps 100% all time and decrease defense, and nel give dodge decrease hit and  gives fury, kenpachi gives fury

This shouldn't even be a debate lol. No doubt renji+grim is the worst of all. Ulquiorra is miles ahead if compare to renji
