Anyone have any idea how many players it takes at level 72+ to have CSB work? Seems I can't even open it because of the lack of players (assuming this is why).

Not sure the magic number, but at least 19, you plus 18 to fight for full pyramid.

I Think u need 20+ players ... i wanna say atleast 20 but am not sure
