How to defeat Shinigami Yoruichi ?

you have a few options there...  first, deal with his middle row...   best options there IMO would be Harribel/Gin or Shin Isshin to deal with shini yourichi directly, but it sounds like you also want to deal with the back row too to stop his Nemu (once he upgrades her he will only get worse to deal with) and Yourichi/Aizen or Shini Kiuske...

that's three free/cheap options for each part that can help ya out possibly

I'm sorry my questions bothered you , I do read the descriptions and try to be as well-informed about the game as I can .
However the game guide itself doesn't include a list of what certain status' mean or how to counter them ( the game wiki which is fan-made is more wide and has a deeper explanation but still lacks plenty of things ) , so I saw the game had a forum and thank god there are active people here who are really helpful and nice enough to share their experience with me . I'll try to make more guesses and less questions from now on . Sorry to bother you once again .

Ignore invincibility mods sound out of reach for you atm. She's pretty hard to beat in the beginning ...

Either you kill Rukia or use Tavern Yoruichi for the supporter stuns.

Ok I got  Visored Hirako and Haribel , now I'm easily beat her
