Heck yeah, KS is amazing, much better than Muramasa.
RJ can go first but if you have slower partners, they give you an advantage to clear your enemy buffed, and your debuff, then strike back. As long as you are not entirely too slow, cuz you might not survive the hits from enemy team. But as long as you survive and your partners are decent enough, you will win.
I understand that the KS cast chaos on 3 rounds, which can not be removed (bug or feature of the game ) Therefore, PVP is reduced to a powerful vanguard, which simply will stand until the enemy does not kill himself. Well, and when everyone does so, we are waiting for a very interesting PVP like two Kukaku kicking little each other 20 rounds
