Path to God Vanguard

Hi, a relatively new player here. I want to create an entire team stacking a god vanguard. I would like tips on partner choices, stone choices and zanpakuto choices.
Currently VIP 4, maybe I'll get VIP 5 but most likely not topping up anymore.

1. Which Supp/Assaulters can buff said God Vanguard?
2. Which Zanpakuto works best for vanguard? Can I get both F2P or Cheap options?
3. Which Vanguard should I go, and in what way should I build said vanguard?

BTW on a side note, on CSB if everyone in the bottom row is too strong, should i not bother taking out the weak ones and just wait for next day?

P.S. Obviously Ganju is the best God Vanguard, but besides him please.

well dont myself so dont take my advice as the final say but in my recommendation from experience in the game and these options are not counting UBP.
1:F2p:Retsu unohana/Kisuke urehara/Gin/Aizen ,                 Gold partners:Isane,Oetsu,DAiguren tosh,Bankai shunsui,hach and basically any partner that has defense aura or helps shut down popular van counters or counters other stacked vans.
2:F2p:Kokujo tengen myo,Kyoka suigetsu           Gold:Senbonzakura(ideal),Hyorinmaru(cheaper alt),Ryujin jakka(like this is the best zan in game and works with anything and defo with any van).
3:F2p:Stark                                                        Gold:TSI is the most popular vanguard for stacking specially if you get his exclusive skill and ill personally recomend him but Kukkaku is also an alternative and Gerard exists but is very expensive rn in game.

stacked tsi + rj wont beat a stacked kukaku + rj.PVE wise (ryoka,ES, not void) tsi outshines kukaku, but in pvp tsi isnt that tanky compared to kukaku.

Thanks for the tips! for building Starrk / TSI /Kukkaku, what attributes should I prioritize? I imagine each partner would differ slightly in priorities

I like blockey vangs personally, I change mods to block, high phy def, high kido def, high attack, try for some regen if possible

Right, block damage can't be stopped. So build a ton of damage and block, and then rest is tanky to out last your opponent I'm guessing

that is the plan, doesn't always work, but it does a lot of the time
