Top-up problems.

Hello there

I just made a purchase of 10 dollars, which went through just fine. I made a second one of 30 dollars, which said the payment was decline. Then I thought maybe I had wrote something wrong on the application. But I got the same result again. Then I went to my bank account to see if the first 10 dollars were taken and they were, but also together with 2 X 30 dollars, which I had got nothing out of.

So the first payment of 30 dollars, I would like to get to the game and of course the gold that should follow with it. But the second one I would like to have my money returned.

Oh and I did it with the first option of payment options.

Another question I guess comes to mind is:

Will I get the Money back that were spent on the two transaction, which were declined?

I recieved my money back after 24 hours.
