Best event to buy Exclusive Frags?

Am looking for the best event to buy Exclusive Frags, was planning on buying 70k or so. Is there an event that's really good for this, or do I just wait for the Cultivation where it has the 50 and 100 frag and do like 300 tries on that? Note I play on VN so the Cultivation is 250 gold instead of 100, but it also rewards 2.5x more points per Cultivation option.

Does the snowball part of the Christmas Event go on forever? Because if so, that's about the best value I have ever seen. 250 Gold for 2 Tailsmans, 100 Ex Frags, 100 Asauchi, and 5 Pet Exp Cards. Assuming I can hit 4 every time (so probably 300 Gold on average). Currently I'm at 202-224 points, but idk if this thing stops at 999 or if it just keeps going. SHould mention on VN it's only 22 points for all 4 rewards not 40 or whatever US/EU is.
