IMO even thought kazeshini is more pvp oriented its a better overall Zanpakuto to Tobime.

Tobiume makes your Vanguard a LOT tougher defensively, plus makes it heal for a ton more (if my speculations are correct). Though, arguably, Kazeshini boosts support speed and power so that could technically provide stronger healing (though +35% Revival Rate, if that is indeed a healing boost, is hard to top). Tobiume's burn from skill isn't too bad, either. I don't know what Kazeshini does yet, though. I'm close to getting it.

it boost assaulter dmg rate and debuffs enemy assualter damge rate

Kazeshini is better hands down.

Ya gotta remember, no matter how much damage your assaulters deal, without a vanguard they're toast in a turn or two.

If you have the right spirit stones on your vanguard, he shouldn't be so squishy in the first place. Plus if your entire teams speed is faster it won't matter.

Yea around lvl 60 or so when Players switch to use skills on Assault row your vanguard won't mean squat. Unless you assaulter have lots of counter that will scare them into not wanting to try that, they will. Also I think vanguards die second or third attack anyway... at least in top 10 they do. the extra 20% dont mean much. The boost to reiatsu from kazeshini alone is enough to pick it over tobime in bankai tobime in 114% in bankai kazeshini is 118% I believe.
