Avatar photo, help Q.Q

Hi everyone, could someone tell me how could i put an image to my avatar profile? i was trying all this morning but the photo disappear when i select the option "finish"  and show me the beginning again to select a photo. If you could tell me the photo requeriments i would be grateful.

i saw an image already there, did u try to change it n it failed?

try PNG format

I don't understand what you mean, but I know that when you select an avatar, you will still have the avatar per default for a moment, it takes time for the server to update your avatar.

Hi, yes, i tried to put an image but it doesn´t appear ( still appearing the tipical register photo that all people have at the beginning), i tried already jpg, and png format but didn`t work u.u

Clear cache perhaps, we are still seeing your avatar.

You need to clear your cache, it only looks like it failed but your browser is loading the photo from the cache which is the default one.
Just delete your cache and u'll see that your upload worked
